At Storyteller by Ruba, our merchandise is made especially for you. Many of our products are produced on demand after an order is placed, rather than held in traditional inventory.
Made-to-Order Products — Final Sale
All made-to-order merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and home goods, is final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preferences, or other personal preferences.
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@storytellerbyruba.com within 30 days of receiving your order, where possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy at no additional cost where required.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before production begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
